Subcontractors storing personal data
The 2024 revision of the LCEN (SREN law) added a mention for subcontractors that store data processed by the publisher. The following providers store personal data on our behalf:
- Vercel Inc. (United States): Site hosting, server logs and cookieless web analytics
- Supabase (Supabase PTE. Ltd. / Supabase Inc.) (United States (us-east-1)): Database hosting (quiz and newsletter leads, comments, rate-limit counters)
- Resend (Plus Five Five, Inc.) (United States): Email delivery and contact list hosting
- OpenRouter, Inc. (United States): AI generation of the quiz analysis (receives quiz answers only, never your email)

The editorial content of this site (texts, data visualizations, methodology, original screenshots) belongs to the publisher. You may quote short excerpts with attribution and a link to the source page. Wholesale reproduction or commercial reuse requires prior written permission.
Names and logos of the newsletter platforms we review (Substack, Beehiiv, Kit, Ghost, MailerLite and others) are trademarks of their respective owners. We use them solely to identify the products under review. Interface screenshots are taken from our own legitimately registered accounts, are dated or watermarked with the test month, and illustrate editorial commentary. OwnLetter is an independent review site, not endorsed by and not an official partner of any platform it reviews.
